Jira is not loading tasks in desktop app or web app

If you notice that your Jira integration is loading/displaying correctly in the desktop or web app, but not both, please try the following:

• Remove your Jira account in your Sunsama settings
• Go to settings > Account Management
• Logout all sessions
• Sign back in to Sunsama.
• Reconnect your Jira account.
