Learn how to add, remove, and configure your ClickUp integration with Sunsama.

Purpose

This guide explains how to grant Sunsama access to your ClickUp account or revoke it.

There are two ways you can integrate ClickUp:

  • From your Workspace Settings
  • From the ClickUp panel in the right hand panel

In order to integrate, click the "Add" button, then grant Sunsama the requested permissions.

Integrating the right ClickUp account

If you are already logged into ClickUp in your browser, the consent screen you see will grant Sunsama access to the ClickUp account is logged in. Make sure you are logged in with the ClickUp account you want to integrate.

Connecting multiple ClickUp workspaces

Though you can only integrate one ClickUp account at a time, you can connect the multiple workspaces you may have under that one account. Click on each each workspace you wish to connect to Sunsama to select it during the connection flow, then click "Connect Workspaces".

Navigating ClickUp workspaces · 1:12

Inside the ClickUp integration, click on your user avatar icon in the top right corner, then change workspaces. You'll be able to switch to any workspace under that ClickUp account.

Removing the ClickUp integration · 1:22

Navigate to your workspace settings, scroll down to the ClickUp integration section, click "Remove".
