For an accurate and useful task list, make sure all your tasks are assigned to the appropriate channel, and have an estimated planned time. Use the AI channel and planned time settings to make this even easier.

What can wait? · 4:19

See that you're not planning too much work for today and overcommitting yourself. Refer to the "predicted workload" timeline and numbers on the left side to see that you can complete everything you have planned today, and still shutdown on time.

If necessary, defer tasks to future days by dragging them to the other columns.

Finalize your plan · 5:40

Timebox your tasks to the calendar if you'd like, and/or put your tasks in the order you plan to work on them.

Confirm and set your shutdown time, when Sunsama can prompt you to wrap up your work day.
