Sunsama and Integrations
To understand specifically how Sunsama interacts with data from third party integrations:
Getting Sunsama approved at work
We’re happy to work with the IT/Infosec/Compliance team at your work to get your usage of Sunsama approved, even if it’s just for a single seat.
The first step is usually to reach out to someone on your IT team and submit a request to approve Sunsama. Here’s a blurb you can use:
If it’s easier, just send them to this page: Review and approval by IT and Security
Security Reviews
If you want detailed information about Sunsama’s security, privacy, and data policies as part of a security review or for IT approval please review our Review and approval by IT and Security. There you’ll find answers to common questions as well as a way to access all our security documentation that requires a request.
Reporting a vulnerability
If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability in Sunsama, please follow our Vulnerability Disclosure Program and report it to development@sunsama.com.
Fake Sunsama emails and websites
Scammers sometimes impersonate Sunsama with lookalike websites and emails, for example offering to pay you to promote Sunsama. The only official Sunsama websites are sunsama.com, app.sunsama.com, and help.sunsama.com, and our emails come from @sunsama.com addresses. Any other domain using our name is not us.
If you’re unsure about a message, don’t reply or click anything in it. Forward it to support@sunsama.com and we’ll confirm whether it’s real.
We’re here to help
If you’ve still got questions, you can send us a message at support@sunsama.com for more in depth answers.
